This may then translate into a possibility that you will need to sit idly by and watch while the internal party corruption and politics play out, hoping you won't end up with someone leading in the federal election that won't beat Trudeau.

I'm practicing what I preach too. I took to Facebook today to do my part. I made my appeal as an Albertan, a husband, father, and a small business owner, to help Leslyn Lewis win the leadership of the CPC. My appeal is below...

Dear Fellow Canadians.
My name is Paul George. I live in Slave Lake AB, where I own a small company and raise three beautiful kids with my beautiful wife. I live in a small house and just put up a swing for the kids and finished the spring cleaning around the yard.
I am fearful for where our country is headed and the abuses politicians, who are working together to subvert our freedoms, who are thinking they know better than we do what's best for us, are going to completely ruin the nation. Do you want to deal with government overreach? Do you wish to make law-makers accountable to you?
Like me, you can vote for change. But with all the subversion and corruption within party-politics, it's hard to know who to vote for. But you can easily deal with that. Vote for someone with morals. DO NOT trust the lies that say a socially conservative vote is out-dated and has no hope in the party, that's all just part of the grand deception. I still believe there are more good sound, grounded folks, with decent values left in this country, and the power is in our hands to right the mess we are in by delivering the message that "WE THE PEOPLE" decide what is best for Canada, and everyday Canadians alike.
As such, vote for someone who is not ashamed of their social conservative roots, someone who still values accountability and who stands for principles that may be unpopular with the status quo.

If you continue to vote for genuine progressives, CINOs (Conservative In Name Only), or Red Tory (Liberals in transparent disguise), you will continue to empower people who openly want to think for you, who want to give away your hard-won freedoms, paid for and defended by the lives of our fallen heroes on battlefields in days gone by.

So, locate your local pro-life, non-globalist, non-climate-crisis-fanatic, non-U.N. /W.H.O./CDC advocates. Find out who still cherishes your right to freedoms, someone who is not going to keep trying to milk this pandemic for all it's worth in an effort to affect their own agenda.
I, personally, as a member of the CPC, am going to give my vote for Leslyn Lewis to lead the CPC into the next Federal Election and the battle to unseat Trudeau, because as far as I can tell, she is NOT a part of any greater cabal that seeks to continue "new-norms" that advocate for more government powers and less civil liberties and freedoms for Canadians, all while exploiting this terrible pandemic, twisting it for political advantage. Stand up to the corruption while you can.
